One of the best amenities at Columbus Station Apartments is the beautiful saltwater pool. This warm-weather oasis is not only a great place to get some exercise, it features an outdoor gas grill and lounge seating complete with a fire pit on the beautifully-paved patio. All of this is surrounded by lush landscaping, making it an attractive, secluded getaway when the weather gets hot. Before you dip your toes, brush up on the pool rules so that you and your neighbors can have fun all summer long. 

The Pool is open all summer, through September 2, from 11am-8pm. Entry to the pool is via a key fob. If you do not have a key fob, please stop by the Resident Services office. When you arrive at the pool, please sign in with the pool attendant. Anyone under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older. Please note that the pool attendant is not a lifeguard, and guests are invited to swim at their own risk. The pool attendant may ask someone to leave if he/she feels that the safety or enjoyment of others is compromised.

Speaking of guests, please limit non-resident visitors to two guests per household. Residents are responsible for the conduct of their guests. 

The outdoor kitchen is designed for guests to enjoy all summer as well! Though it cannot be reserved for private events, it is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Residents are invited to sign in to the grill prior to use. Please ensure that you have cleaned it when you are finished so that the next chef can enjoy the outdoor kitchen as well.

To ensure that all residents can safely enjoy the pool, we ask that you observe the following rules:

1. No diving is allowed at any time.

2. Please shower before wading or swimming.

3. Running, rough play, shouting, or unnecessary noise is prohibited. No profanity.

4. No pets are allowed in the pool enclosure.

5. Earphones must be used with all music-listening devices.

6. Glass items are not permitted inside the pool gate, nor are any type of alcoholic beverages. Food will be permitted only at the outdoor kitchen grill and deck tables provided. Due to health restrictions, no food is allowed within five (5) feet of the water’s edge. Drinks are not allowed in the pool.

7. The outdoor kitchen and grill must be cleaned immediately after use. This area is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

8. Wet attire is not allowed in the Leasing Center; pool patrons should use the Resident Services entrance only. Please dry off as much as possible before entering.

9. Each Resident is responsible for their conduct and their family members and guests.

10. Please be aware that there will be no lifeguard on duty. Anyone under the age of

14 is not permitted in the pool area without a supervising adult 18 years of age or

older in attendance.

11. No one is allowed in the pool area when the pool is closed.

12. SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED in the pool or surrounding common area.

13. All residents must wear appropriate attire in the pool and pool area. Thong-cut bottoms are not permitted.

14. Non-toilet-trained children must wear waterproof pants with disposable diapers

specifically designed for swimming.

15. Violation of one or more of the above rules could result in revocation of pool privileges.
