Should you ever have a maintenance concern, residents can submit requests online through our Active Building resident portal on our website. You can also contact our Resident Services Coordinator, Ayesha Govan, at residentservices.com or 757-490-0350. After hours, residents can phone 757-473-0175 to reach our answering service in case of any emergency maintenance issues that can’t wait. The Active Building resident portal is also a great way to stay up-to-date with community events and community-wide improvements.
The team at Columbus Station Apartments never stops working to make our community better. For example, we are completing roof replacements on the last three resident buildings this year. Community-wide improvements include re-asphalting, re-striping, and re-numbering the parking lots. Additionally, CT Mechanical, a trusted HVAC service provider, will be servicing all apartment HVAC units (which includes checking the refrigerant charge, cleaning drain pans/lines, adding condensate tabs to keep the lines clear, and changing the filter). We will also be cleaning dryer vents. And mark your calendars, because our building exteriors and breezeways will be soft-washed the week of April 29 - May 3.
